1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, training courses, and product sales of Divine Beauty Atelier, regardless of whether the booking is made

• via our website,

• directly in the studio, or

• through external booking platforms (e.g. Treatwell).

For bookings made via external platforms, the respective terms and conditions of the platform also apply.

2. Services

Divine Beauty Atelier offers cosmetic services in the areas of eyelash extensions, lash and brow lifting, training courses, as well as the sale of products.

3. Liability

Divine Beauty Atelier shall not be liable for allergic reactions, intolerances, or undesired treatment results if health-related conditions, allergies, or relevant pre-existing medical conditions were not disclosed or were not fully disclosed prior to the treatment.

Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct remains unaffected.

4. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
Any remaining balance remains valid within the validity period but is non-transferable.

6. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply.

For contracts with business customers, Graz shall be the place of jurisdiction.
For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies according to their place of residence.
