Appointment & Cancellation policy

1. Appointments & Cancellations
 

All scheduled appointments are binding.

Bookings via Website or Directly in the Studio

Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations within 24 hours prior to the appointment or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged, as the appointment cannot be reassigned at short notice.

In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to

  • shorten the treatment time accordingly, or

  • cancel the appointment for organizational reasons.

In such cases, a cancellation fee may also be charged.

Bookings via Treatwell

For bookings made through the Treatwell platform, the cancellation and payment conditions stated on Treatwell apply.

Independently of this, Divine Beauty Atelier reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with these cancellation terms in the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, if technical processing via Treatwell is not possible.

2. Prices & Payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply.

Payment is made

  • after the treatment in the studio, or

  • for online bookings, via the payment methods offered by Treatwell.
