Cancellation Policy & Studio Policy

1. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments are binding and are reserved specifically for the respective client.

Bookings via Website or directly in the Studio

Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the client does not show up (no-show), 100% of the treatment price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In case of illness, the cancellation fee will be waived only upon presentation of a medical certificate.

If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the execution of the booked treatment cannot be guaranteed. In this case, the full treatment price is still payable.

Bookings via Treatwell

For bookings made via the Treatwell platform, the cancellation and payment conditions stated there apply.


In addition, the cancellation policy of Divine Beauty Atelier applies if technical processing via Treatwell is not possible.

2. Prices & Payment

The prices valid at the time of booking apply.

Payment is made:

  • after the treatment directly at the studio, or

  • for online bookings via the payment methods offered by Treatwell.

3. Agreement

By booking an appointment, the client expressly agrees to this cancellation policy and studio policy.
