Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
• In case of delays exceeding 15 minutes, the treatment cannot be guaranteed; the full price remains payable.
• In case of illness, the cancellation fee is waived only upon presentation of a medical certificate.
